COURAGEOUS LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH READINESS. John Baillie's "A Dairy of Private Prayer," has this zinger for a morning prayer: "O Thou who hast so graciously called me to be Thy servant, I would hold myself in readiness today for Thy least word of command. Give me the spirit, I pray Thee, to keep myself in continual training for the punctual fulfillment of Thy most holy will."

Solution: today, right now, walk down the hall and encourage 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 or more people to attend CMA Colorado Springs 2003. FREE LISTING FOR CMA MEMBERS. CMA member organizations and companies receive one free job listing each year. Make sure your membership is current for 2003 and then go to www.CMAonline.org, click on CMA Job Market, and then access the Online Ad Placement Form. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: 2 CLASSES IN 2003. The next class of the Executive Leadership Program will be May 18-23, with a second class starting the week of June 22-27. The Elevation Group (www.theelevationgroup.com), CMA's new partner in the ELP, announced that the program has been dramatically enriched, based on extensive evaluations from the two-year pilot program.
The Elevation Group has expanded the program role of the Center for Creative Leadership (www.ccl.org) to all three sessions over the 12-month program period.
